「國泰夢想豪小子林書豪籃球訓練營」南區徵選昨天在高雄大遠百廣場舉行，吸引懷抱著「我要成為林書豪第二」的高雄、台中、花蓮、澎湖的國、高中學子250人參加，希望7月3、4日能與偶像林書豪在台大體育館見面。
上午11時先展開國中組徵選，有來自高雄的七賢國中和普門中學校隊參加，還有遠從台中的漢口國中要升2年級的同學朱毅鴻由媽媽帶著來接受徵選。
朱毅鴻個子不高，但喜愛籃球運動，他說，有參加學校的籃球社，非常熱愛籃球運動，希望長大能成為國家隊成員；朱媽媽則說，不擔心兒子因打球荒廢學業，反而能藉打籃球抒發課業壓力。
下午3點進行高中組徵選，三民家商籃球隊員前來挑戰，當家控位徐鉦順說「我很想從他（林書豪）身上學到怎麼在那麼多外國人、強度那麼強的聯盟中生存」。
徐鉦順最欣賞林書豪用簡單的方式打球卻能達到最高的效益，他說，更重要的是學習「永不服輸又謙虛的態度」。
主辦單位表示，國中、高中組各前30名才能成為林書豪訓練營的正式學員。為鼓勵勇敢追夢的學員，也特別開放讓沒有入選的小球員憑今年徵選會的計分卡參觀7月3日的「2015國泰夢想豪小子林書豪籃球訓練營」，還是可以親睹林書豪風采。
